New Customer Information
Website Access for Existing Customers
Complete the online Application for Website Access. A Matsuda representative will review your application and notify you via email of your approval. Website access allows you to view the catalog/prices, current availability and hot sheets.
New Customers
Please fill out a New Customer Account Application and fax it to (916) 689-8218 along with a copy of your Nursery, Contactor or Business License. Then please mail the original signed application to us. Once you have an account number, then please complete the online Application for Website Access.

Terms and Conditions
Terms
New and unestablished accounts will be CASH. We will be pleased to make credit arrangements with established accounts. Open account terms are payment due and payable by the 10th of the month. Customers shall be liable for all collection costs including reasonable attorney´s fees and interest on the unpaid balances at the maximum rate allowed by law.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice
Special Orders
We will special order items not found in the catalog and they are subject to an additional charge. Consult your Sales Representative or call our sales office for information.
Returns
With the concern that SOD, LBAM and other pests that pose a threat to our customers, community, and our industry, and to help insure our nursery remains free of these pests, the following practices concerning returns of any unaccepted plant material are in place. If for some reason plant material is unacceptable, leave the plants on our truck and we will return them to our nursery. If plants are unloaded and left at your nursery, we will not pick them up at a later date.
Claims
All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. We will not honor claims which are filed after goods have been accepted or which are not made within seven days after arrival.
Non-Warranty
We will exercise extreme care in labeling all plants properly. We give no warranty, expressed and/or implied, as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock purchased. No liability will be assured for any contingency beyond our control.
